MONTREAL, QUEBEC — April 14, 2026 — C3 Solutions, a global leader in yard management and dock scheduling software, has been named one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers for 2026.

Organized by Mediacorp Canada Inc. as part of the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project, the annual competition recognizes small and mid-sized organizations across the country that excel in creating exceptional workplaces and progressive human resources programs.

The company was recognized for several standout initiatives that support employee success and well-being. C3 Solutions enables all employees to share in the company’s success through profit-sharing and year-end bonuses. It promotes healthy lifestyles with a dedicated well-being month featuring activities such as fitness classes, hot yoga, Pilates, and nutritious meals, along with year-round access to an on-site fitness facility.

Additionally, C3 invests in continuous learning by offering paid internships, apprenticeships, formal mentoring programs, leadership development initiatives, and tuition subsidies for external courses.

The 2026 winners were announced earlier this year by Mediacorp Canada Inc. as part of its national editorial coverage.
