This year has been pivotal for C3 Solutions. Our commitment to being the go-to cost-saving solution for our clients has never been stronger. We’ve invested significantly in our technology, human capital and office environment, ensuring our team has the best tools and quality of life to deliver exceptional service.

Expanding Our Reach: New Sites in 2023

This year has been phenomenal in terms of expansion. 143 new sites are now using our solutions, each marking a significant step in our growth journey and commitment to better serving our client’s diverse needs. This highlights our continued dedication to distinction and excellence.

Impressive Operational Metrics

We have achieved excellent operational reliability this year, thanks to substantial investments in our infrastructure, which led to an average uptime of 99.997% and an impressive 100% uptime in November & December for our Diamond Service Level customers. Implementing our new critical incident reporting process has also been a game-changer, with issues now being addressed in under five minutes, around the clock.
